Summary: This is not a 4 star hotel. Beach is nice, but when cruise passengers arrive good luck getting a beach chair. Restaurant food is decent but service is understaffed and extremely slow! Waited 3 days for a clean beach towel. Many excuses. Dryer broke, waiting to receive from another resort to they don’t know why there are none. There were some very frustrating moments. Note. There are no elevators!

Summary: The rooms were clean, my phone didn’t work to call the front desk, but everything else was great. It’s right next to the airport and downtown and truly beach front. I can’t wait to book my next vacation bc it will be right at the Emerald Beach Hotel.

Summary: I had to wait over 3 hrs to check in, i asked for just an extra half hour after check out time and was told no, I paid for a king size bed with a shower tub combo overlooking the beach. I did not get my king size bed I did not get my tub. Very disappointed in the old rooms and decor. There was not enough food options and nothing extra you can pay for her. They had a vending machine for snacks but if you didn't have the right change you were out of luck. Resort that they called themselves is more like a hotel not a resort. Nothing in walking distance to give you other options of eating choices, the food at the resort was not good and very overpriced. I don't mind paying for a good meal but was disappointed every time. All in all, very disappointed.
